If want for sunshine, we've got it. If you're looking for heat, we've got it too. Looking for rain, it's not here. If you're looking for humidity, it's not here as well. Want awesome sunsets? Yes, we have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the country. Arizona's dry heat alures many people in buying a home in the many Arizona retirement communities. Please call me at 602-403-6865 if you are interested. I would love the opportunity to show you why so many people from Canada, Washington, Minnesota, Nebraska and other parts of the United States call Arizona home.

Now that his hot hot hot.. I hope the sun heats up the market and buyers and sellers can put some awesome deals together.
77 degrees...now you're dreaming! Or you've already got sun stroke - ha ha!
Joan, it is very difficult to be nice when sweating profusely.
Cari, The thermostat on a home I was showing yesterday registered 96 degrees. It's always a dream to show a 77 degree listing, the problem is that it will sell very fast! Looks like another blog coming up.
Leolinda: I can't imagine how you don't wilt in that heat. Ourt very hot summer (lot of days in the 90's) have been replaced by the rainy season. I am ready for fall, how about you!
Leolinda, you're right - it WOULD sell very fast!!
Leolinda, are you getting wimpy on me? LOL. And, you're right - the homes which are comfortable to show from a temperature stand point do sell much faster than those with no air on. When we walk into those "hot houses", we don't stay long - if at all - too uncomfortable, for sure.
Who's your new buddy?
