Leolinda: It is good to see such activity in your market area. Many areas of the country are starting to pick up. One of the things I see in your report as a big positive, is that a great deal of the homes whose sales you have reported... have sold fairly close to asking price.
Sure, there are some "clinkers" in there... but, for the most part, it is a fairly decent report. I hope it continues.
