Hayashi Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse in Surprise Arizona
If you're looking to find a new restaurant in Surprise Arizona, I highly recommend that you try Hayashi Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse. Located at 13823 West Bell Road (near Sprouts Farmers Market), this oriental sushi bar and tepanyaki restaurant is now open for business.
Dine at the sushi bar watching the culinary arts of the skillful sushi chefs. If you don't eat raw fish,
not a problem, neither do I. There are numerous vegetable dishes to select from as well as an assortment of cooked fish or cooked salmon sushi.
The tepanyaki hibachi chef prepares your meal hibachi style in a master showmanship, just like those that you've probably seen when visiting Honolulu. Allergic to shell fish? Not a problem, so am I. The chef will skillfully prepare your meal first, then the rest of the table.
It's all about presentation and taste, the sushi and
tepanyaki chefs artfully display the final dish. Even the carrots are carved! Among the hibachi entrees are vegetables, chicken, salmon, shrimp, scallop, steak, calamari or fillet mignon.
Makimono roll sushi
selections can contain yellow tail tuna, scallion, crab, salmon, tobiko, baked eel, scallops, avocado. My husband's favorites are the Honolulu roll and the Shrimp Tempura Roll.
The outdoor seating area will soon be open for dining.
Weekday hours are from 11am to 9:30pm
Weekend hours are from 11am to 11pm
Reservations can be made for groups of 8 or more. Go early, Hayashi Hibachi is becoming a favorite restaurant for many people who live in Surprise and in Sun City Grand.

Leolinda, Great looking sushi! I love Japanese restaurants, so I am now hungry!
Ohhh… Leolinda… That looks so good… and it's close to dinner time! (Let’s see… if I leave now I can be in Surprise AZ in… 4 hours, 57 minutes! Hmmm… that’ll work!) :)
I guess I will have to get over there soon. Thanks for the info as I only talked to a few who have been there. All good comments from them also.
that blog right here is worth a comped meal per week IMHO
Bill, start driving, it'll still be open when you pull in the parking lot.
Daniel, excellent suggestion.
Jim, sounds like a good idea.
Nummy sushi and how creative the preparation and display! Definitely a place to visit when we are in the area! ~ Susan
Hello: That sounds like quite an eating experience. I wish I was hungry, oh and in Surprise AZ, too! =)
Leolinda - OMG I'm there. What fabulous photos. Sounds like a terrific place to dine. Hope you shared this article with the owners. And of course the name of the town adds a lot of interest, too.
Jeff
Leolinda,
Good localism; businesses like this. Coincidentally, I had beef teriaki for lunch today at my local Japanese place.
Susan, be sure to call me when you are in the area. We can meet, eat and enjoy talking real estate.
Aaron, Surprise is about 10 hours from you. Just bundle up the family. The food is worth your 10 hour journey to Surprise.
I need a sushi buddy here! Wish it were you! Everything looks scrumptious!
Terry, I love Japanese food too.
Renee, who knows, you may just see me in a few weeks.
Leolinda, I am not a sushi fan but I love what you did here. This is a great example of how hyper-local posts can bring you business.
Thanks for sharing this restaurant with us. I will be in that area next week. We all have to eat.
Tammie, sounds like you would appreciate the delicious hibachi grilled food.
Harry, who knows, you may see me there.
Leolinda, That's one of the prettiest plates of sushi I've ever seen! Now, you're making me hungry.
Elyse, I get hungry too, everytime I come to this blog.
I've heard of this place, but couldn't remember the name. We have a Benihana's by us, but it's hit or miss on the food, sometimes it's good, sometimes just average. The chain effect, I guess.
If we decide to make that drive, I'll let you know - maybe you'll join us?
Juli, I've repeatedly eaten here prior to writing the blog. The food has been consistently delicious. Yes, I'll gladly join you.
Hello Leolinda and Vegas Bob loves Sushi and your post has been featured at one of my favorite groups ...
