Interesting information. The SOLD price is reasonable close to list. Same thing here.
Leolinda - As Lenn mentioned you pay to play! Same here in Austin Texas. The homes are usually a bit more refined in the golf course communities here too. Probably just like they are in AZ.
Lenn, yes, people pay for their privacy. Good observation, yes the list is close to the selling price.
