This Monday I closed escrow on a very nice home in Sun City Grand. It was purchased by a couple from Canada who will be using it as their winter residence. My buyers were very happy when I presented them with their keys early in the morning.
The great room floor plan, plantation shutters and gorgeous backyard are the new homeowners favorites. Their kitchen has Corian counters, under-mount sink, and GE Profile appliances.
The transaction went as smooth as all of my transactions. During the escrow period my buyers asked me for a vendor list since they were thinking of making a few changes to the home.
I stopped by on Tuesday to see how they were doing in their new home and was met by workers.
The Berber carpet and tile was gone. Evidently they had some extensive intentions as far as remodeling the flooring for their new home.
The final remodeling was completed today.
The foyer is inviting, an excellent size for greeting guests.
The entire home was tiled in hopscotch design and along with the plantation shutters it looks timeless.
The buyers found a house, and made it their home.
