Sun City Grand Vacation Mailboxes
Vacation mailboxes are the most decorative and functional form of architecture in front of any Sun City Grand property. Vacation mailboxes are extremely popular since they can securely collect mail over a period of time, thus the name.
While I was showing property in Sun City Grand a few days ago, I saw a vacation mailbox being constructed and decided that it was time to upgrade from my standard box to a vacation mailbox.
The first step of the process was to obtain consent from the homeowners association. I 
went to the Sun City Grand standards office in the Palm Center and completed an application for approval with the Sun City Grand Architectural Review Committee. Within a week I received the formal approval consent.
First the crew leveled the ground then erected a building block structure. A pyramid top was formed and left overnight to dry.
The next day, the structure was stuccoed, the sides were angled and decorative features attached with emphasis on approved angles, height and width as dictated by the homeowners association guidelines. Two of my neighbors have since decided to also have a vacation mailbox erected.
As a Sun City Grand resident, I am proud to display the newest addition to my property, an approved Sun City Grand vacation mailbox.
