Sun City Grand is the Del Webb flagship community located in the City of Surprise in the Arizona West Valley. This age restricted community has two recreation centers and four swimming pools. The homeowners association owns the four championship golf courses. There are 9,550 homesite properties and 252 condominiums in Sun City Grand as well as several homes in the Colonnade Complex. As of May 30, 2010, there were 208 (2.1%) homes listed for sale. This comprised of 12 condos in La Solana, 39 golf course properties and 157 non-golf course properties.
