Sun City Grand Home Sales July 2009

Homes in Sun City Grand in Surprise AZ are still selling. This is the lowest inventory of homes on the market since March 2008, real estate sales have stabilized and we possibly have bottomed out. 

Deflated Sun City Grand prices have resulted with an extraordinary number of buyers looking at homes to purchase for the upcoming season and full-time residences in this luxury age restricted adult community in Surprise Arizona. Price reductions in the Sun City Grand real estate market combined with low inventory has resulted in an overwhelming interest from prospective buyers who were going to "wait until the market comes down".  It may be that the Sun City Grand market is presently at the bottom.
