As of the end of October 2011, the inventory of active listings was 255 properties, a decrease of 5% from October 2010. There were 28 properties that closed in escrow in October 2011, an increase of 16% from September 2011. The weeks of inventory are 34 weeks, 11% higher than in September 2011.
There were 4 golf course properties sold in October 2011.
