Each October inventory of Sun City Grand homes for sale on and off the golf course increases. Sun City Grand listings in October 2011 has similar increase. Homeowners are listing properties in light of the influx of winter visitors. It's the time of year that Sun City Grand homeowners downsize or purchase larger properties.
