Arizona Retirement Community Sun City Grand Softball Park
There is a softball field in each Arizona Retirement Community that was built by Del Webb. I was showing homes this morning in Sun City Grand and stopped at the community softball field. It was about 80°, clear blue skies and a gentle breeze. Sun City Grand was playing Sun City West at the Del Webb Softball Field on Mountain View Blvd in Surprise. Sun City Grand and Sun City West have both men and women softball clubs. Today the men were playing softball.
It's always a beautiful sight watching retirees enjoy their carefree Arizona lifestyle. The roar of the crowd from the filled bleachers could be heard on the opposite side of the field where I was stopped. I don't know who won, but who cares? Everyone at the softball park seemed to be having a nice time enjoying our unseasonably cool summer.
