Veterans Primary Care Clinic coming to Surprise Arizona!
Attention ALL United States military veterans, Gulf War, Viet Nam, WWII and all others, if you live in Surprise AZ or in surrounding areas, Uncle Sam wants to take care of YOU! A new 25,000 sq ft veteran's clinic will be opening their doors in Surprise AZ on Grand Avenue and Mt View in September, 2010. 
The clinic is open to military veterans only and will serve as a primary care clinic Monday through Friday.
If you are a United States military veteran and would like to get enrolled in the new medical facility, present a copy of your DD214 and appropriate supporting identification. The clinic will be staffed by medical physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Veterans can be seen for primary health care, x-rays, audiology, diabetic retinopathy checks, just about basically what is found in a primary care office.
There are numerous retired veterans residing in Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand and in surrounding areas and retirement communities. The Veterans Primary Care Clinic will be well utilized by Arizona West Valley Veterans.
