It may be hot in Arizona this time of year but there are many advantages in living here during the summer. Today I was showing some clients from Calgary properties in Sun City Grand. They are presently winter residents who want to upgrade to a larger home. My clients return each year in January only to leave in April after 16 weeks filled with golf, socializing and entertaining.
As I drove my clients around the recreation center, they marveled at the foliage. They've never seen the desert in bloom during the summer. The oleander plants are presently in full bloom and are especially pretty this time of year.
It may be over a hundred degrees in Surprise Arizona right now, but the lush Sonoran desert blooms eases the heat index. Arizona residents anxiously anticipate the coming of Fall; it'll be here in just a few weeks. Then, our weather will be absolutely perfect and people once more will flock to Arizona to bask in the sun.
