Sun City Grand Open House and For Sale Signage
Sun City Grand homeowners association has revised and updated the use of signs in the community to conform with Arizona House Bill 2345 which was enacted a few weeks ago.
The key is that although open house signs in Sun City Grand will be allowed during weekdays, directional signs are not allowed on common areas during weekdays. Directional signs are allowed on common areas only on WEEKENDS ONLY between 8 and 6. The key is what is a common area? Also, the HOA requires permission to put a directional sign on a property. Should the homeowner refuse the directional sign, the agent should be prepared to find a homeowner that will allow the sign.
Who pays for the non-compliant signage? It's not the agent, it's the homeowner.
How will this affect sales? Probably no effect.
