There are a plethora of activities offered by over 100 clubs with year-round activities including bowling, billiards, tennis, handball, pickle ball, racquetball, and golf, 7 golf courses to be exact. Memberships in various clubs are minimal and Sun City West homeowners have discounted golf.
Sun City West is an age restricted community with at least one member in the household at 55 and no permanent resident under 19. Children are welcomed and can visit but no more than 90 days in a calendar year.
