A few weeks ago I wrote of a golf tournament in Sun City Grand. There were two parties held before the tournament. One party was at a Sun City Grand Desert Springs Golf Course home. This Sun City Grand golf course home has 180 degree unobstructed views. Originally a Jasmine floor plan, the home no longer resembles a Jasmine; it was totally gutted and remodeled to perfection. My friend Jerry owns this prized jewel. Jerry can sit anywhere on his extended patio observing golfers, being mezmorized by the lake views or absorbing our awesome Arizona sunsets. No, this Sun City Grand golf course home is not for sale.
