1,000 Blog Posts!!!
It's my 
1,000 blog post, finally! It was a whole lot of writing and time commitment that I never thought I would achieve.
I started blogging in April 2008. Throughout the past three years I've made numerous friends in the rain. Referrals were few but friends and associations are more significant. Raincamps were many, five to be exact; more friends were acquired.
Times were good and laughs were many. Active Rainers demonstrated how to write and what to say, Mike Jones peace through pictures, Russell Lewis eloquence, LVBob beauty, Loreena Christian love, Jane Peters Happy Times, Alexandra luxury, all about the facts Renee Burrows, Lenn honesty, Karen Anne Stone patience, Nick Zappa another door opened, Sally Cheeseman Aloha, Julie V friendship and many many more, too numerous to mention!
My blogs have been about my dog and wild rabbits; there are many rabbits in Surprise Arizona I've written about the quail in my backyard. Coyotes meandering through the golf courses, gila monster in the backyard of my Phoenix home and scorpions were my topics as well. I've blogged about my family, quilting, parties, sushi, golf tournaments, my orchids and pictures of their blooms and many of my blogs addressed market reports in my target areas of Sun City Grand, Sun City West and other Arizona Retirement Communities.
The Big Island of Hawaii, my hometown has been a frequent blog. Sharing the lifestyle of living in the Arizona west valley retirement community of Sun City Grand has been an ongoing theme. I've always tried to be positive, to be light and airy. I wrote about my experiences while showing property, concerns expressed by buyers and sellers and highlighted local businesses. I learned to wear my glasses when writing, not to write a blog using my Blackberry and to be respectful of others thoughts an opinions.
It's been a happy time in my life. I would like to thank all of you who read my blog posts, and those that have commented. To each and every one of you, Mahalo nui loa. Here's to my next 1,000 blogs!!!
