 Sun City Grand vacation villas have prime real estate location. Situated within walking distance from the Adobe Spa, Desert Springs Golf Course, Granite Falls Golf Courses, banks, pharmacy and hair dresser, these cottage properties are a Sun City Grand favorite. Near the vacation villas is a putting green and terrace where Sun City Grand residents frequently congregate. Vacation villas were cleverly utilized by Del Well for potential residents to stay while checking on the progress progress or taking some time to learn about the community.

Today I was showing homes in the vacation villa area. A group of golf carts caught my attention. There were a few people in the ramada, eating peanuts, counting their golf score cards and enjoying the comradeship after a hard day of working on the golf course.

Internet research is sometimes extremely information on nights that I can’t sleep as with last night. It’s always interesting to see various writing styles.

After just 4 hours of sleep, I met a client for lunch. I received a call from escrow as I was leaving the restaurant, my transaction recorded. This is my 69th closed transaction in 2011; it's just me, I'm not a team or have an assistant.

Sun City West Winter Holiday Concert

The annual free winter holiday concert performed by the Sun City Concert Band is scheduled for Sunday, December 4, 2011 at the Sun City West Social Hall located at 19803 North R H Johnson Bl in Sun City West Arizona. Sun City West is an age restricted community that frequently hosts musicals open to the public, encouraging all ages to attend.

Members of the Sun City Concert Band hail from Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand.  The program includes patriotic music and inspirational music.  Selections will be played from “The Nutcracker Suite,” “A Hanukkah Fantasy,” plus much more.

The concert is free and donations will be accepted. Doors will open to the public at 2:30pm.  I hope to see you in Sun City West this weekend!

Tonight's Arizona news reported 6,000 lightening strikes per hour in central Phoenix. On my way home in Sun City Grand I stopped to take a few pictures. The 7^th tee box at Cimarron Golf Course in Sun City Grand is always a memorable sight.  There are several hundred palm trees in Sun City Grand, reminding me constantly of my hometown in Hilo Hawaii.

The storm was brewing in central Phoenix and on its way to the west valley. As I captured the first picture, I turned east and took a second picture. It was a sure sign to get home. Arizona haboobs and storms always make the news however the only effect of tonight's weather in Sun City Grand was dirt on my black car.

Sun City Grand is an age restricted community in which one homeowner must be 45 with no permanent resident under 19.
